Fertigation

Fostering sustainable agricultural ecosystems

Optimized investment, amplified harvests

What is Fertigation?

The essence of fertigation is to use irrigation water as a carrier. Soluble fertilizers are dissolved in the water and then distributed to the crop root zone simultaneously and evenly during the irrigation process. Its core lies in the synergy between “water” and “fertilizer”, which solves the problem of resource waste caused by the separation of traditional fertilization and irrigation.

what makes us different

Core advantages of fertigation

Exceptional Water and Nutrient Use Efficiency

Water Conservation: Water and fertilizers are delivered directly to the root zone, significantly reducing surface evaporation and deep percolation losses. This results in a 40–60% reduction in water consumption when compared to traditional furrow irrigation systems. Fertilizer Efficiency: Nutrients are applied directly to the root system, with minimal leaching or volatilization. Fertilizer utilization efficiency can reach 70–90%, representing a 40–50% reduction in fertilizer usage over conventional broadcasting practices.

Dramatically Cut Labor & Time Costs

Gone are the labor-heavy tasks like furrowing, spreading fertilizer, and covering soil—now it’s as simple as “turning a valve.” One operator can manage fertilization over a large area, cutting labor requirements by over 70%.

Boost Yields & Elevate Crop Quality Dramatically

Keep crops perfectly nourished and hydrated around the clock for vigorous growth and unmatched stress tolerance. Precision nutrient control drives uniform fruit growth, higher sugar content, and vibrant coloring—transforming both the look and taste of your harvest for top-market quality.

Precision Control for Smart Farming

The global food system is tasked with sustaining a population that is anticipated to increase from the current 8.5 billion to nearly 12 billion by the year 2060. This gives rise to a range of critical challenges, notably the efficient utilization of irrigation water and the mitigation of gaseous emissions from livestock operations.

The all-in-one, high-performance solution for your fields

With precision sensors enabling precise irrigation, optimal crop nutrition, and continuous data-driven predictive guidance, we help you boost yields while cutting operational costs.

How do we do it?

Plant and soil microclimate monitoring with sensors specifically designed for agriculture.

Irrigation System Foundation: A reliable irrigation system is essential, with drip irrigation being the optimal choice due to its high precision and water efficiency. Micro-sprinkler systems are also applicable.

Predictive models powered by Artificial Intelligence, that are calibrated automatically based on your field conditions.
The alerts system will guide you in order to take action at the right time and with great precision.

Fertilization Plan Formulation:

  • Follow Crop Nutrient Requirements: Adjust fertilizer formulation and application rates according to the different growth stages of specific crops (seedling stage, vegetative growth stage, flowering stage, fruiting stage, maturation stage).

  • Small Amounts, Frequent Applications: This is the greatest advantage of fertigation. Fertilizer can be supplied daily or every few days to meet the continuous nutrient demand of the crops and avoid nutrient loss.

  • Refer to Soil/Leaf Tissue Analysis Data: Develop precise fertilizer formulations based on soil nutrient test results to achieve "supplementing what is deficient."
